From launching AskNature in Times Square to nurturing a global network of educators, innovators, and changemakers, we’ve inspired a movement rooted in curiosity, creativity, and deep respect for life. Our mission remains clear: to empower the next generation to build a nature-positive, inclusive, and regenerative future inspired and guided by nature’s genius.

20th Anniversary Celebrations
To mark 20 years of the Biomimicry Institute, we embraced what it means to reconnect—with nature, with each other, and with the ideas that inspire a thriving future.
Together, we:
• Kicked things off with a beach clean-up in Seattle
• Slowed down with forest bathing in Prospect Park, NY
• Gathered for immersive biomimicry picnics at Sloan’s Lake in Denver and Hellman Hollow in Golden Gate Park, SF
• Hiked the beautiful regional parks of Los Angeles
• And came together virtually for a beautiful gathering rooted in connection over task
