Innovation Co-Labs: Nature’s Think Tank

Innovation Co-Labs

Short-term engagements with insightful cohorts designed to advance the state of the art in biomimicry and co-create a regenerative future.

The power of interdisciplinary collaboration

The Biomimicry Institute Co-Labs are a series of convenings with expert collaborators charged with exploring big ideas that will shape our Nature Positive future. The collaboratives are intentionally diverse and interdisciplinary, and inclusive of a wide range of expertise and viewpoints. Co-Labs are organized around specific themes with one common thread: we are co-designing with nature as a primary stakeholder.

Collaborators are selected from across sectors and fields, and from around the world. They are chosen for their specific expertise, but also for their intellectual curiosity and multidisciplinary creativity. Through Co-Labs, they are enabled with the tools and freedom to investigate our research questions and collaborate with top minds in our international research network as they contribute to the state of the art in nature-inspired innovation.

By leveraging interdisciplinary collaborations amidst wonders of the natural world, Co-Labs have the potential to provide game-changing thought leadership as we confront our greatest challenges. This effort is not just about creating sustainable innovations and systems but about rekindling a profound connection to the natural world, acknowledging that our well-being is inextricably linked to the health of the ecosystems we call home.
