POCACITO Network, in partnership with The Biomimicry Institute, invites the biomimicry community to join the 2026 Youth Design Challenge Virtual Award Ceremonies. Two sessions are available to accommodate participants across time zones:
The YDC challenges student teams to identify a real-world issue connected to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and design a nature-inspired solution, guided by mentors and a biomimicry curriculum. The award ceremonies bring the program full circle, recognizing the creativity, collaboration, and care these young designers have brought to the work.
